In addition to the course I just finished, I would suggest that your school offer a "Advanced French Pastry" course. This sentences addresses one of the bullet points. It is important to address all the bullet points to get at least a Band 7 in TA.

This will add to both your TA and CC. This is a nice way to smoothly end your letter. This sentence rounds off the letter and tell the reader that it is time to close.
